When you arrive somewhere you have been before, roll +return.
On a hit, it is the same place. This is either a relief or a verdict; you decide which and tell the table. On a 10+, something here has waited for you. It is patient and it is small and the GM will place it somewhere you will find it when you are ready.
On a miss, the place is the same but you are not.
